If you are a new employee, there are TWO very important steps to ensure you are receiving the appropriate Local 3599 membership benefits:
First, you must enroll with DC37 HERE. Your local is 3599.
Second, you must complete the DC37 Health & Security Plan Form.
With DC 37’s new Delta Dental Plan you now have access to more participating dentists
than ever before. Eligible DC 37 New York participants will find over 1,800 “New York Select Network” dentists to choose from with $0 copays and eligible DC 37 members residing outside New York now have thousands more participating “PPO Network” dentists nationwide to choose from with $0 copays. If you live upstate, North of Westchester & Rockland Counties, you will be automatically enrolled in the Delta Dental PPO Dental Plan, based on your address on file.
