Michael was elected to the executive board of Local 3599 as an officer-at-large when the local was started in 2018. In 2019 he was elected to the position of recording secretary, and Vice President in 2021. Michael is an Associate Project Manager in the Wildlife Studies Section of BWS Water Quality Directorate, and has been with DEP since 2002.
